This could be something as simple as a telephone call or an issue that requires a visit to the customers in order to analyse the situation locally. Furthermore they continuously monitor the quality of the LiuGong products in order to maximize the operating hours.
Additionally, the LiuGong organization advises and supports you in establishing regular maintenance schedules, effective repair procedures, services and maintenance contracts, the training of service engineers and operators and emergency parts stocks to minimize machine downtime.
