Valvoline Partners with LiuGong, Enhancing Market Commitment to Customers

Shanghai, China, September 11, 2019 -- Valvoline Inc. (Valvoline) and Guangxi Liugong Group Co., Ltd. (LiuGong) held a signing ceremony today in Shanghai to announce a global partnership. Mr. Sam Mitchell, CEO of Valvoline, and Mr. Zeng Guang’an, Chairman of LiuGong Group, signed a memorandum of understanding, opening a new chapter of cooperation as Valvoline becomes the preferred provider of lubricants for LiuGong equipment outside of China.
